linen sari purely handwoven in rural parts of Bengal. Firstly, linen threads
both in warp and weft are woven togather to produce the elegant base piece.
Secondly, it
went through hand block wax batik in the "Rann of Kutch" where the
unique batik design are produced by most modernistic exponent of batik
printing.
In final stage the pallu is embellished with delicate hand kantha embroidery which showcase the rich craftsmanship of rural Bengal.
