Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Bandhuli, we have a customer friendly Cancellation and Refund policy. We strive to make sure you have the best experience while selecting and buying your favorite Indian Ethnic Outfits. But sometimes despite our best efforts to keep our customers happy, there are times when you might feel the need to return your product for circumstances beyond your or our control. 
Following is out customer friendly policy.

 

Pre-Shipment Cancellation Policy:


  1. If unfortunately, you have to cancel an order, please do so before your order is shipped i.e. 24hrs from the order placed. You can request your order cancellation by sending email to info@bandhuli.com
  2. If you cancel your order before it is shipped, we will refund you the entire amount.
  3. Cancellation will automatically disable after 24 hrs from the order placement.

 

Post-Shipment Return & Refund Policy:

 

Q: I received the order. But there's an issue. Can I return my ordered items?

 

A: Yes, you can. Below criterias are eligible for return

a.         There may be a manufacturing defect which didn't get noticed during packing; or

b.         A wrong item is shipped out to you by mistake.

 

Please note: We don’t accept any return, refund or exchange on Jewellery Items.

 

 

Q: What are the steps of returning any item ordered from Bandhuli and getting refund?

 A: #1 - Informing Bandhuli

In case you have any complaints regarding the product you have received, please ensure that you report it to us via email (info@bandhuli.com) within 48 hours of receiving the product

#2 - Confirmation email from Bandhuli

You will receive an acknowledgement e-mail from us on confirming a Return Authorisation, within 2-3 business days. Please do not ship items before you receive this email from us. We will be unable to process any "Items Returned" without the Return Authorisation Reference.
Please note: We will request you for a digital picture/video of the item for our internal review to be able to process your request. Our quality team do video recording of the product quality check before sending the product to customer. We will verify the defect snapshot with the recorded video. If the defect is detected in the video, then only the refund will be processed.

 

#3 - Shipping Back the Items to Bandhuli

  • You would have to self-ship the product with following details on the packet.

·        Order Number -

·        Buyer Name (While placing the order) –

·        Seller Address (Returning Address) –

  • Shipping charges which you have paid for the item will be refunded but you need to send the courier bill either in mail (info@bandhuli.com) or WhatsApp us on 9836866048.
  • Please try and ensure that you retain all the packaging material along with the product. Do not remove tags, stickers, etc. Unless you are sure you want to keep the product. Presence of original tags is a must to process returns. 

 

#4 - Item Received and Inspection at Bandhuli Warehouse

 

As a policy, our teams shall examine the products on return and identify the defects/variation as indicated by you.

#5 - Proposed solutions post receipt of returned items

Post inspection of returned item(s), our Customer Care team will propose remedial solutions to you on a case to case basis:

a.         Voucher to be issued for shopping on Bandhuli later at your time. Voucher to be used only once within validity time.

You can purchase item of more amount with this voucher and in that case excess amount only need to be paid. But with this voucher you should not make purchase of items which cost less than this voucher amount, If it is used, in such case the extra unused amount will not be refunded to customer.

b.         Refund as decided on a case to case basis

 

Please note: We do not accept any returns if the product is dispatched to us after 5 days of receiving the “Return Accepted” confirmation mail from Bandhuli, so please make sure you report the matter to us, and dispatch the product at the earliest once we accept the return request. 

Kindly do not dispatch the products before receiving a "Return Accepted" Confirmation email from us, we will not be able to entertain such requests.

#6 – Refund Processing time

The Refund will be initiated within 2 (business) days once the product physically received in Bandhuli’s warehouse. Customer will get intimated when the refund is processed. Please note, Payments and Transfers are dependent on Banks and Local Laws. 

Q: What will be the value of Refund/Store Credit in case I opt for the same?

 A: 100% of the value of the goods including Shipping Costs will be ensured. In any case, the refunds will not exceed the actual amount paid by you.

Q: But I had to pay the courier service for Shipping the item back!

 A: If we end up making an error in spite of best efforts, the extra shipping cost incurred during the return of the product will be refunded. In any other case, the Shipping Charges and other expenses would be borne by you.

 Q: Are there any other reasons Bandhuli might not provide refund, return or exchange any order on request?

 A: 

1.      There are times when the delivery of the goods is delayed due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural calamity, public holiday, etc. In such a case  Bandhuli shall not refund, return or exchange any order on request

2.      The items should be unused and unwashed. If it is not followed Bandhuli shall not refund, return or exchange any order on request.

3.      The product should have the original packaging and tags in place. Items without the original tags will not be accepted.

4.      Sarees with fall and edging would not be accepted for return or exchange.

5.      Customised products cannot be returned or exchanged 

6.      Return request that are not raised within 48 hours of receiving the product would not be accepted


Q: How long does it usually take for Returned Items to reach back to the Bandhuli Warehouse?


 A: Any shipment returned within India takes max 10 days to reach. Exact time taken for transit would depend on the nature of the product and your location.

Special Notification:

If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. Also, please whatsApp our customer care at 9836866048 or email us at info@bandhuli.com mentioning your Order ID. We will personally ensure that a brand-new replacement is issued to you with no additional cost. Please make sure that you should not open the package in such instance.

Exchange Policy: 

1. We don't offer refund if the Product is as displayed on Product detail page and you have a Buyer's Remorse i.e you don't like the product

2. In case You Don't Like the product and the product is as described on product detail page we can only offer you exchange

3. You have to raise an exchange request within 72 hours from receiving the product by sending email to info@bandhuli.com

4.  Approval email will be sent from Bandhuli corresponding to Exchange request.

5.  Following criteria’s need to be full filled for exchange.

a.      The items should be unused and unwashed. If it is not followed Bandhuli shall not refund, return or exchange any order on request.

b.      The product should have the original packaging and tags in place. Items without the original tags will not be accepted.

c.       Sarees with fall and edging would not be accepted for return or exchange.

d.      Customised products cannot be returned or exchanged 

e.      Exchange request that are not raised within 72 hours of receiving the product would not be accepted

6.   For Size Issues, we offer an exchange if you have to raise an exchange request within 72 hours from receiving the product by sending email to info@bandhuli.com also please note we offer an exchange only once.


7.   Any Exchanged product will not be refunded or exchanged i.e only 1-time exchange will be given.


8.   You will have to self-ship the product with following details on the packet. Please note, To and Fro shipping charges will be bear by customer

9.      Products have to be well packed.

10.   Please make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact when the product is picked up.

11.   You would be notified by us, once we receive your shipment.

12.   Once we have the product with us, voucher will be issued for shopping on Bandhuli. Voucher to be used only once within validity time.
