Jaisalmer Fort, built in 1156 Ad, also known as the Sonar Quila, is made of yellow sandstone, which gives it a golden color. 

During sunsets, when the last rays of sunlight cast a warm glow over the fort and the desert, it shimmers like gold in the fading light. The desert sky transforms into a canvas of deep reds, oranges, and various yellow shades. Our artists have beautifully captured that moment through their delicate brushstrokes and subtle blend of colors. The body of the saree has been developed in a contemporary Ajrak style creating a fusion with the Rajasthani technique of design and architecture.
